For every good picture in the shoe box, there are a hundred that are cracked, ripped, stained or faded. The digital age has created and entire industry out of "tweaking" images. Most photos that have been damaged can be scanned and 'digitally' corrected and reprinted. People and or things can be put into or taken out of pictures. Color images can be black & white or sepia toned; black and whites can be digitally hand tinted. Collages and composites can also be made from many images.
The process begins with a scan of the original print and a digital restoration of it. It is then printed on an archival substrate like Glossy or Semi-gloss photo paper, watercolor paper or canvas. We can make enlargements from negatives, slides, transparencies up to 8" x 12" or prints of almost any size and shape.
